Founded On a Love for Hospitality

I am the owner and founder of The Charcuterie Co. (aka Char Co.)

Being raised in a large family who had a love for food, I soon grew a passion to create a form of culinary art that also met my standards of quality. Seeing the happiness and unity that food was able to bring to any occasion, I wanted to spread that feeling to my community. Charcuterie was the perfect balance of everything.

Since my debut in Georgetown serving charcuterie boards to 100's of residents, we now service small & large events across most of Central Texas with our main focus being in my hometown of, Austin.
