The Charcuterie Co. Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with The Charcuterie Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, including but not limited to grazing tables, charcuterie boards, and catering services.
2. Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering orders. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. If full payment is not received on time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations & Credits
If an order is canceled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable but may be stored as credit for a future event. Credit must be used within twelve (12) months from the original event date. Credit cannot be transferred to another customer or converted into a cash refund.
4. Changes & Modifications
Requests for changes to an order must be made at least 48 hours before the event. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
5. Delivery & Setup
The Company will coordinate delivery and setup times based on the event schedule. The client is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.
6. Food Safety & Consumption
Our products are made fresh and should be consumed within four (4) hours of delivery for optimal quality and safety. The Company is not responsible for food safety once the order has been delivered and set up.
7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously; however, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten. Clients must communicate any dietary concerns in advance.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, transportation issues, or supplier shortages. In such cases, deposits may be transferred as credit for a rescheduled event.
9. Liability & Indemnification
The Company is not responsible for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or damages resulting from the consumption of our products. By purchasing from us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Charcuterie Co. and its employees from any claims, damages, or losses related to the services provided.
10. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with The Charcuterie Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
